Michaella Morzuch '03, '08 MPA is a research analyst with Mathematica Policy Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to this position, she was a research assistant at the UMass Donahue Institute and a legislative staffer at the Massachusetts State House for the Vice-Chair of the Health Care Financing Committee. During her tenure at the State House, Michaella helped to found a mentoring program for legislative staffers through the Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators.
In 2003 she earned a bachelor's degree in political science, followed by a graduate certificate in women in politics and public policy through the John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies at UMass Boston. She completed her master's in public policy and administration at UMass Amherst in 2008.
Michaella is secretary of the Board of Directors and chairs the Scholarships & Awards Committee. She also serves on the Government Relations & Advocacy and Diversity & Inclusion Committees. She has been a Sustaining Member of the Alumni Association since 2007.
