Ogechi Ibe ’05, ’14G is a career counselor with the UMass Amherst College of Engineering. In this role, she assists engineering students to develop resumes, interview skills, and job search plans. Ogechi is also pursuing her PhD in electrical engineering at the university.
Prior to returning to UMass for her graduate studies, Ogechi was senior systems engineer with Raytheon. Her expertise was in testing, integration, and system requirements and compliance. She volunteers as a youth group leader with her church.
Ogechi is an appointed member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity & Inclusion and Alumni & Student Programs Committees.
