Alumni Association Board of Directors

Shyno Chacko '93currently works as a New Media Marketing Manager and develops corporate videos, webcasts, podcasts, websites and e-mail campaigns. 

Prior to this position, Shyno worked in a variety of operation, consulting and marketing roles in Boston, New York, Washington D.C and Los Angeles. She was the President of the Los Angles UMASS Alumni Club, and has served on the Board of Directors of Marshall Net Impact in Los Angeles, California where she was completing her MBA at the University of Southern California.

Shyno graduated from UMass Amherst in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration. While on campus, she was the vice president of the Sylvan Brown House Council, president of the Hospitality Marketing Association and a recipient of the Chancellors Award. She currently resides in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Shyno is an appointed member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors. She serves on the Communication, Marketing and Membership Committee and the Alumni Clubs Committee, and has been a member of the Alumni Association since 1995.
