Carmina Fernandes '99

Carmina D. Fernandes ’99 is a legal practitioner specializing in a wide range of legal matters including real estate, estate planning, business formation and immigration in Western Massachusetts.  In addittion to her bachelor’s degree in individual concentration from UMass Amherst, she holds a juris doctorate from Western New England College.

In 2002, Fernandes participated in the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda to prosecute persons responsible for widespread ethnic killings in that country. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the East of the River Five Town Chamber of Commerce, the Ludlow Rotary Club, and the Ludlow Cultural Council.
