Nothing speaks more highly for a university than successful alumni who enthusiastically serve and support it. As an alumni volunteer, you can give of yourself however and whenever you choose. Strategic Initiative Committees - Committee work is integral to implementing our many projects and priorities. Each year Board members and alumni volunteers concentrate on issues of strategic importance to the growth and stability of the Alumni Association. Currently, our committees are focusing on issues outlined in the Alumni Association’s 2005-08 Strategic Plan. While the Alumni Association encourages alumni of all professional backgrounds to apply for committee membership, alumni with professional experience in marketing, communications, finance, accounting, training & development, and corporate recruiting are particularly encouraged to apply. Committee members are appointed for one year terms. Committees include:
- Alumni Career Services
- Alumni Clubs
- Communications, Marketing & Membership
- Finance & Investments
- Programs & Services
- Student Programs & Services
- Volunteer Advocacy & Public Affairs
