The
Student Alumni Association (SAA) is sponsoring
Bears That Care, a stuffed animal drive benefiting local children in need this holiday season.
Supporting this effort is easy. You can:
- bring a brand NEW teddy bear or other furry friend to drop off in our collection box in the Memorial Hall Lobby on the UMass Amherst campus
- or make a monetary contribution by clicking the "Contribute" button above so that stuffed animals may be purchased on your behalf.
The SAA will hand-deliver all of the stuffed animals to area health and human services agencies after Nov. 25.
Please note that due to health concerns, we ask that stuffed animals are new and preferably still have tags attached to indicate their materials.
