Panelists

Emily Hawarny '10Emily Hawarny ’10 is a career counselor at Texas State University and a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. Emily is also an adjunct faculty member at St. Edward's University teaching Career Development and Planning in their graduate counseling program. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from UMass Amherst, and a master's degree in counseling from St. Edward's University. In addition, Emily proudly served in the Peace Corps Philippines from 2010-2012. 

  


Rachelle Jean-Louis '98

Rachelle Jean-Louis ’98 is a senior talent acquisition specialist at Babson College. She earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from UMass Amherst. Rachelle's career in human resources began over 18 years ago with Harvard Business Publishing where she held various roles within HR. She quickly realized that she had a passion for recruiting and a love for connecting people with opportunities that aligned with their goals and values. To further pursue this passion Rachelle joined The MENTOR Network, a nationwide human services company. 

 

 

Bob McIntosh '87, '96 MABob McIntosh ’87, ’96 MA is a career trainer and certified professional resume writer who leads more than 20 unique job-search workshops and webinars at MassHire Lowell Career Center. Bob also meets with high-level job seekers on an individual basis to critique their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, conduct mock interviews, and provide salary negotiating advice. He is a recognized LinkedIn authority and was awarded one of LinkedIn Top Voices of 2019. Bob’s greatest pleasure is helping people find rewarding careers in a competitive job market.
