Dr. Susan Martin ‘85
“Despite what most people think, data show that the majority of PhDs who graduated in the past ten to twenty years are NOT working in tenure track faculty jobs. PhD/doctoral level skills are highly transferable. The critical thinking, problem solving, research, analytical, writing, project management and communication skills developed in doctoral training are well suited for solving the complex challenges that humanity is currently facing.”
Specialization
PhDs and professionals with other doctoral degrees in all disciplines. Careers outside of academia; PhDs/doctorates from underrepresented groups (women in STEM, First Gen, BIPOC, LGBTQ+)
