Wayne has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry having worked in recruiting, human resources, and operations roles. As the proud co-founder and chief operating officer of Night and Day Resume, he has reviewed tens of thousands of resumes and helped more than 1,000 clients get hired. Wayne's early career as a journalist allowed him to develop his expertise for clean, clear, and concise writing.
